Do we determine the terms of fundraise?

It is up to each company to set the terms of their fundraise. 

LaunchPAD sometimes provides advice or guidance to companies on what the right terms might be. We base this advice on a number of factors, including the company's stage of development, metrics such as revenue and user growth, industry, market size, comparable companies, and the overall state of the market. LaunchPAD may also refuse to host a particular fundraise if we believe the terms offered are unreasonable.
